LEADING THE BENTWOOD FARMS TEAM IS PRESIDENT Charlie BAUCOM. CHARLIE has over 30 years of experience in the row crop and nursery industry. Born and raised in Monroe, NC on a farm, Charlie always had a passion for working with the land.

In 2017, Charlie moved his interest from row crop farming to sod, where he has been sought out for his expertise and farming know how.

Charlie currently oversees the operation of over 4,000 acres of sod production. He brings a diverse education and knowledge for not only growing top quality sod, but also trees, shrubs and row crops
